Refund Policy for PLR Products

This Refund Policy governs the terms and conditions under which Catherine McConochie, hereinafter referred to as the "Seller", offers refunds for PLR (Private Label Rights) products purchased by customers, hereinafter referred to as the "Customer".

1. Refund Eligibility:

a. The Seller offers refunds on PLR products only under specific circumstances as outlined in this policy.

b. Refunds will be considered if the PLR product is proven to be defective, incomplete, or unusable due to technical issues.

2. Refund Process:

a. To request a refund, the Customer must contact the Seller within 3 days of the purchase date.

b. The Customer must provide detailed information regarding the reason for the refund request, including any relevant evidence or documentation supporting their claim.

c. The Seller reserves the right to assess the validity of the refund request and may request additional information from the Customer if necessary.

3. Refund Approval:

a. Refunds will be approved at the sole discretion of the Seller.

b. If the refund request is approved, the Seller will issue a full or partial refund to the Customer's original method of payment within 7 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances:

a. Refunds will not be provided for change of mind or subjective dissatisfaction with the PLR product.

b. Once the Customer has downloaded or accessed the PLR product, the sale becomes final, and no refunds will be granted.

5. Refund Contact Information:

a. To request a refund or inquire about the refund process, the Customer should contact the Seller at support@support.hellodigitaljourney.com.

6. Changes to this Refund Policy:

a. The Seller reserves the right to modify or amend this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Seller's website or communication to the Customer.

By purchasing PLR products from Catherine McConochie, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Refund Policy. If the Customer does not agree with this policy, they should refrain from purchasing PLR products.
