PLR Products

Terms and Conditions for PLR Products

This agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Catherine McConochie, hereinafter referred to as the "Seller", and the purchaser of PLR (Private Label Rights) products, hereinafter referred to as the "Customer". By purchasing and/or downloading any PLR products from Catherine McConochie, the Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Grant of License:

a. The Seller grants the Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, modify, and sell the PLR products for personal or commercial purposes.

b. The Customer is prohibited from reselling or distributing the PLR products in a manner that violates any local, state, national, or international laws and regulations.

c. The Customer may not claim authorship of the PLR products or assert any copyright over the original work.

2. Ownership and Copyright:

a. The Seller retains all copyrights and ownership rights to the PLR products, including any modifications made by the Customer.

b. The Customer agrees not to remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notices or proprietary markings contained within the PLR products.

3. Limited Liability:

a. The Seller shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the PLR products.

b. The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Seller from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use or distribution of the PLR products.

4. Refund Policy:

a. All sales of PLR products are final. No refunds will be provided once the products have been downloaded or accessed by the Customer.

b. In the event of a technical issue or file corruption, the Seller may, at their discretion, provide a replacement copy of the PLR product.

5. Governing Law:

a. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.

b. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

6. Modifications:

a. The Seller reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

b. Any changes to this Agreement will be effective immediately upon posting on the Seller's website or communication to the Customer.

By purchasing and/or downloading any PLR products from Catherine McConochie, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. If the Customer does not agree with these terms, they should refrain from purchasing or using the PLR products.
